Mr. Babatunde Ajayi (Chairman)
Mr Babatunde Ajayi is the Chairman of Axcess Marine Contractors Limited, Nigeria a Company he established in 2011 which was previously the Onshore&Offshore Support Structures Department of GSN Limited-A Multidimensional Company he also owns which was established in 1990.
A Graduate of University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University in present day Osun State of Nigeria. Mr Ajayi has other business interests in Infrastructure Development covering Telecommunications & Wide Area Networks ; Civil Engineering Construction;Aviation; Property Development and Healthcare Products & Pharmaceuticals apart from his Marine interest with Partnerships in West, Central and East Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea & Uganda); United Kingdom; Dubai UAE; Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou & Hong Kong in the Peoples Republic of China, Washington DC and Houston, Texas in the United States of America and Singapore.
Lionel Cooper (Managing Director)
Captain Lionel Roy Cooper is the Managing Director of Axcess Marine Contractors Limited.
A seasoned professional Master Mariner with experience gained from Apprentice in Steam Ships through to Master of Modern Vessels.
Educated at the Nautical Institute in the United Kingdom with certification covering Tanker Safety, STCN Class 1 – CoC Masters Unlimited, GMDSS – unlimited, HUET with EBS (OPITO approved), Bridge Resource Management, Automatic Radar Plotting Aids, Radar Simulator, Auditor, Offshore Safety.
Following a career at sea he became a pilot in the UK for over 26 years including berthing VLCC,s at riverside terminals and at an SBM.
A later career in Nigeria has led him to being the Mooring Master for over 250 tandem and SBM offloads including 'first oil', FPSO Asset Management, conducting Vessel and Terminal inspections, Terminal Representative at a tank farm, P and I Club inspections, Project Leader for Navigation Aids Installation and Commissioning.
He has working experience with various Maritime Companies in Europe, Asia and West Africa before joining Axcess Marine Contractors Limited in August 2014.
Richard Webb (Operations Manager)
Richard Webb is the Head of Operation of Axcess Marine Contractor Limited.
He is in responsible for all onshore and offshore Marine Spread Operations of the company, overseeing policy implementation, HSE, Client Relations and Information Technology.
He has strong analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of Marine Spread Business.
He is a Graduate of Volda University College, Norway where he studied Maritime Studies.
Andrew Benson (Logistics Support)
Andrew Benson, a Graduate of Logistics Supply Chain Management at the University of Skövde, Sweden.
He is in charge of Axcess Marine's Offshore Logistics and Procurement supports. His role is to ensure that procurement are available for Offshore Operations.
He is in charge of our overall supply chain management, organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of our equipment at both Onshore and Offshore Sites.
Ademola Oni (General Administrator)
Ademola Oni is in charge of General Administration of Axcess Marine Contractors Limited.
He Graduated from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria where he studied Business Administration.
He administers to the day to day Administrative Duties of the Management and Staff of the company.
